Chapter 2: TALENT

  • Post category:History

“I start writing my story: blank paper and a pencil. What else?“

From “talanton” “scale, weight”

Introduced during Ancient Greece as a unit of measure, during Christian age talent did evolve into the concept of “gift”. Nowadays, talent means gift, a specific and innate potential or an intellectual and uncommon capacity: certainly a vocation. Everyone can have a good attitude for drawing but only dedicating oneself to extensive studies one can grow, develop and refine his own talent. It is by so doing that one can understand every perspective and gain a wider and complete vision. It is by so doing that from being a simple drawer one turns to become an artist. And be unique.
